At Mama Fragrance, we always deliver 100% original, sealed products. Usually, there are no issues, but if a problem is found at the time of delivery, you can request a return.
You Can Return Your Product If:
- The product is damaged or broken.
- The seal is open or not properly packed.
- Any issue is found while receiving the order.
Our delivery team will show you and let you check the product properly at the time of delivery.
If anything is wrong, you can immediately request a return on the spot.
Notes:
- Returns are accepted only at the time of delivery if an issue is found.
- Once the product is accepted in good condition, it cannot be returned later.
